I re-worked this song so much that it barely resembles the original idea I hummed into my phone. The tempo changed, the chord and chord progression(s), melody, the key, you name it. If it could be altered, it probably was. The bridge with the harmonies ("burn away, defy the night") was a last minute addition that saved the song from being another incomplete idea.
